The course provides a list of 130 commonly used words with irregular kanji readings (熟字訓, e.g. 今日 = kyou in addition to konnichi) in no particular order. I will add more when I become aware of them. I have selected only a few of the many 熟字訓 that relate to plant and animal names because they are usually written in katakana. All words are entered twice. One entry asks for its reading and one for its meaning in English. All entries have been verified by at least two independent sources.
