I started learning Mandarin in October, 2006. Since then I have become more efficient at learning. I now use SoundTrack Pro to listen to audio, Audacity to record myself accompanying the audio, and am about to start Unit 5 of LearnChineseOnLine, which is an excellent progressive course. And with the help of Memrise, I'm going well!
