Help with word/definition

If found the following entry: aparco - covered Thought I did multiple searches I could not find this word with this meaning. I find aparcar - to park, shelve, put on ice.

Could a Spanish speaker confirm or deny this post? Thanks

  • You´re right, this is a mistake, it doesn´t exist as an adjective. It´s a conjugated verb aparco "I park" or aparcó "he parked". The other meanings are right too, it depends on the context.

There are a lot of words that mean "covered" in one way or another, look: http://www.wordreference.com/es/translation.asp?tranword=covered

Could you link to the word so the problem can be fixed?

  • Found it. Changed it to "cubierto". There are a lot of mistakes on the unmoderated lists. If you are going to use them I think it´s a good idea to check every single word in two dictionaries, or if you can understand the RAE then use that.
