Czech pronunciation audio?

Hi Chf, I also have family living in Prague and they love it too. If you are interested in practising your Czech speaking you can find a Skype partner on "my language exchange". It's free to register. After a couple of duds I found an excellent person. Good luck.

Hi Minuska, I've been using the upload feature from the dictionary. For example if you look at http://www.memrise.com/item/82210/avokado-avocado/ and hover your mouse to the right of 'Listen' you can see an 'upload' link. If you hover over 'Upload' the link disappears but you can still click on it.

When you click on 'Upload a 'File upload' box appears and you can select an mp3 file to upload.

I have had all sorts of trouble using this. So far I have only managed to get a successful upload using Firefox 12 on Windows 7.

If the upload goes wrong you can get a file in the system that will never play.

Also if you upload the wrong file there is no way to delete it :(

I started recording audios a few days ago - course best friends (http://www.memrise.com/set/10002654/true-friends/) has been completed. And started on most common Czech words (http://www.memrise.com/set/10008019/the-most-common-czech-words/). So far I've been sending audios to Ben, but need to investigate if I can do it on my own in a way. I was set as curator, but need to take a closer look on how does it work (the only thing I've been doing so far is fixing missing ´ˇ in some of the shorter old courses)..

@ predrup Thank you for the advice - it seems to work just fine using Opera browser, but it is really slow going one file at a time.. I am afraid Ben will have badly spammed inbox :)

If an audio-upload was wrong- did you find out how to get rid of it? At my computers it didn´t work with the internet explorer on a pc at all, but it worked fine with safari on a mac ...
