I was wondering if there's a way to change how a font displays on a language course. I'm on a Japanese course but the font looks calligraphic. Is there any way to change it to display a standard computer type of font?
Thanks.

From what I can tell - memrise doesn't offer the option to select the font. You would have to manually alter it based on your browser and operating system. You should be able to find some add-on tool that will let you select the fonts you want displayed in the browser.
my problem is that the pronunciation field is displayed in italics. japanese, for several reasons, teaches the pronunciation as the word (in kana) and delivers the word (kanji) as the "pronunciation".
this makes kanji hard to read, because chinese script is not designed to be written in italics ... at all.
Same problem with the Cyrillic font on a Russian course.

Suddenly I'm faced with mechanical font ....
Seems half of memrise like calligraphic and the other half computer type
