¿tienes?
do you have?
Spanish has two different pronouns for *You*. These are ***Tú*** and ***Usted***. I won't bore you with details, but you must know that ***tú*** is used for younger people or friends, whereas ***usted*** is used for older people and strangers. You could say one is informal and the other is formal. The conjugation of verbs depends on which one of these pronouns is being used, as you can see in ***tienes*** (tú), vs. ***tiene*** (usted).
