Kingstown was the difficult second album for St. Vincent & The Grenadines. After the success of his early work went to his head, the cover showed the holy man in his trademark sackcloth adorned with hand grenades, now with an extra scarlet robe & shimmering crown added - presiding mayorally over a devoted town. It didn't sell.
